We’re delighted to share that Abbie will be moving into a new role within the business as Access Control Technical Sales Executive, working alongside Joshua in our growing Access Control department.

This is an exciting and dynamic position that plays an important role in the continued development of this category at Door Controls Direct.

The role brings together several key responsibilities, including supporting customers with technical access control enquiries, preparing and following up quotations, expanding our product range and knowledge base, and helping drive sales growth within the category. It will also involve working closely with the marketing team to develop product information and technical content as we continue to expand this area of the business.

In short, it’s a role that requires strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to juggle a number of priorities at once as the department grows.

Abbie’s DipGAI qualification, product knowledge, and three years of experience with DCD put her in a fantastic position to take on this challenge. Over the next 12 months she will also follow a structured technical development pathway designed to build deeper expertise in access control systems.
